Lakers, Explained: Marc Gasol, Explained - a podcast by SB Nation

Marc Gasol is one of the Lakers' most interesting new additions, so on the latest episode of “Lakers, Explained” — a podcast by Silver Screen and Roll — Harrison (@hmfaigen) was joined by Katie Heindl (@wtevs) of Uproxx, The Dishes and Dimes Podcast and a whole bunch of other places. Katie has covered Gasol with the Toronto Raptors for the last several years and is one of the foremost Marc Gasol appreciators on the internet, and so Harrison couldn’t think of anyone better to talk about the team’s (presumably) starting center.
To start things off, Harrison and Katie discussed what Gasol’s last several years with the Raptors have been like, and what the current state of his game is. Then, they got into whether or not Katie was surprised to see him depart Toronto/Tampa Bay, and how he might fit in with the Lakers’ unique array of talent.
