You would never allow friends, acquaintances, and even strangers into your home to talk to you all at once about their politics, families, opinions, and even share their favorite recipes, photos of their vacation, all while you were spending time with your family or doing your work. But that is what happens when you scroll that newsfeed during the day. We see everything that is going on in everyone's life and we even get dragged into arguments we weren't meant to fight.

Who are you allowing in your home? Better yet, what are you allowing in your mind? Times have changed and the amount of information we are bombarded with at any given time is exponentially more than at any time in history. And it is affecting us big time.
