Ken NiumataloloIn his 12 seasons at the helm of the Navy football program and in his 22 years overall at the Naval Academy, head coach Ken Niumatalolo has engineered a program that has hit on all cylinders more often than not since he took over the reigns at the end of the 2007 campaign.

Navy has had 10 winning seasons and gone to 10 bowl games during Niumatalolo’s time as head coach, which makes it one of the greatest eras in school history.Niumatalolo has repeatedly guided the Midshipmen to success both on and off the gridiron. Included in his accomplishments are a number of milestones never before achieved by a coach or team in the program’s 139-year history.

Niumatalolo (98-60, .620) is the program’s all-time winningest coach and is the only coach in the history of the Army-Navy game to start his coaching career 8-0 against the other Academy. Niumatalolo’s nine wins against Army are the most in the history of the Army-Navy game, which is the greatest rivalry in all of sports.A 1989 graduate of Hawai’i, Niumatalolo lettered three years as a quarterback and was a part of Hawaii’s first bowl team in 1989. He was hired as a fulltime assistant by his alma mater in 1992 and spent three seasons coaching on the offensive side of the ball.

A native of Chicago, VADM Curtis graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1976 where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science. Following commissioning, he attended the Surface Warfare Basic School in Newport, Rhode Island, and was awarded the Arleigh Burke Award.He holds a Master of Science degree in administration from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the National Defense University and the NATO Defense College Senior Course.

In his final assignment, Vice Adm. D.C. Curtis served as the third commander of Naval Surface Forces and the 15th commander of the Pacific Fleet’s Naval Surface Force. He was responsible for manning, equipping, training and maintaining more than 160 surface force ships based around the world. He was assisted in that task by his staff and more than 50 major commands and support units of the force.Diego Fagot
A rising junior, Diego is a 6-3, 240-pound Inside Linebacker from Fort Lauderdale, FL. He enters the fall as a starter at linebacker after an impressive sophomore campaign with a chance to be one of the best linebackers in school history. Fagot has great speed and plays with great ferocity, with the size and the speed to play on the next level. He has started 14 consecutive games dating back to 2018 and has earned two varsity letters.
