Caro, a lawyer and true crime lover, joins us to discuss the Colonial Parkway Murders. These were a set of murders that were committed by an apparent serial killer along the Colonial Parkway in Virginia between 1986 and 1988. Sadly, all of the victims were in their teens and 20s at the times of their deaths or disappearances. The killer has never been identified.
