Welcome to another episode of the Ski Rex Media Podcast. Thank you for taking a moment to watch or listen, whichever you prefer. I did have a topic that would have driven positivity a little bit more, I think, but then this story broke and I decided to run with it, instead. This is my take on a class action suit being filed against Vail Resorts, Inc. by a person looking for a refund on their Epic Pass due to the fact that all of the Vail mountains closed for the COVID-19 outbreak. I get into the case and what I think about them wanting a refund. Mini spoiler for fans of Ski Rex Media...you already know my opinion on a lot of lawsuits like this.
