Sometimes one has a topic all ready to go for their next podcast but then comes across something they feel might be better, which is what happened with this week's episode. Yes, I had something ready to go, but then I came across an article talking about ski areas actually doing well during the winter of COVID-19, though food & beverage sales may have taken a hit. So, that's what I'm talking about this week, ski mountain food & beverage. That was the department I worked in during my time at Mount Snow and I wanted to throw my two cents in on how I think the lodge food scene is going to stay changed as COVID-19 starts to fade into the background. I'm thinking it'll be a while before folks go back into the lodges. For a more specific take on that, please check out the full episode. Thank you for listening and I hope that you enjoyed it.
