I've talked about my opinion on a lot of the lawsuits that seem to come up each year against ski hills, and I'm sure I'll talk about it again at some point in the future, but I'm also talking about it now. Why? Well, while I am hopeful of a great season, even during the times of COVID-19, I have a feeling that it's going to be a season of lawsuits, not just centered around injury, liability, and negligence, but also around COVID-19. Part of me sees it coming. So, this is my plea to the masses to resist the urge to sue when it isn't necessary and to take a little responsibility for one's actions or inactions.
