Meredith is the CEO and Founder of Stay Minty, and a real estate developer in Tennessee specializing short term rentals, and unique accommodations. Meredith holds her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and holds a real estate license in Tennessee. In addition to her years in real estate, she also has a diverse background in business ownership and management. Garrett was Founder and CEO of Signorelli and Recycled Brands, a full service apparel branding and manufacturing company. She founded the business out of a one-bedroom apartment, and grew it into a 25 million dollar apparel company selling to retailers from Kohls, Walmart, Target to high end accounts such as Bloomingdales, Saks and Nordstrom.

Meredith's current focus is developing unique accommodations in nature settings that inspire people to unplug, reset and enjoy the great outdoors.
