Joining us this week is Dr. Kristin Malek, or Dr. K as she is known by her students, has over ten years in hospitality and event management experience. She began her career in the restaurant industry where she developed a love for hospitality before continuing to become extremely successful in the event planning and strategy industry. She was also Hailey and Megan's professor for Intro to Events in the fall of 2020 and continues to be a professor here at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
