She gives insightful tips on how to take the fear out of cancer, how she became an expert in this area, changing behaviors and still finding fulfillment, and how mentors were so important in her life.
She teaches us grounding to reduce anxiety and increase focus, her very personal journey through breast cancer as a single mother and why she feels “breast cancer was the best thing that happened to me”.

This was just the beginning to her life-changing work teaching Yoga for cancer recovery and trauma and walks us though her “7-4-9 breathing technique” for reducing anxiety and increased focus. I was instantly relaxed and focused, this is now a skill I will use everyday.
