In this video Christine Summers gives you a few helpful tips on how to prevent pop ups when you are up to bat. Immediately you want to look at the hands then move to how they start to swing and how they load before the swing. Next is to look at their legs for how they turn and once you find out what is causing you to drop your barrel on the bat then you have pin pointed the problem and can work on fixing it!
