Shane Weaver continues his clinic on indoor fastpitch softball drills. He first gives information on 15 to 20 feet soft toss drills. With soft toss the coach can manipulate the pitch into more game like situations that can be more beneficial to a player that what a pitching machine can do. Shane then switches over to indoor fastpitch softball defensive drills. Most of the drills really help to work on hand-eye coordination that will really help in a game situation on bad hops or balls hit quickly in your direction.
