Bill Hillhouse is joining us today with pitching instruction and tips for allyou pitchers out there. This video is his thoughts on pitching mechanics in the fact that high and low pitches are generally timing related problems and inside and outside pitches are mechanics related problems.Teaching a pitcher what causes a problem is a lot more beneficial than just showing her what to do now.
Then Bill talks on different pitching styles. With certain styles the motions cause the elbow to lock or the ball to be revealed to the batter which gives away any element of suprise.
