The essay is a continuation of my essay titled "Traceability: A Radical Approach Based on User Involvement".   Part three discusses the nine components of customer involvement which will be assessed in the model.  I am catching up to cleaning up the blog and posting the essay, I had a problem with my email system that required my full attention.
