What drove a group of young Ukrainian teenagers to kill at least 21 people over the course of 2007 in the area of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine?  And how do you pronounce Dnepropetrovsk?  These young men became known as the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs, and it remains one of the most controversial and disturbing stories of the intersection of psychotic and psychopathic behavior, modern media, and the depths of evil that certain individuals can reach when this behavior is unchecked.
