The most challenging part when it comes to expanding your business is listening to your soul. You need to consider if you only need a specialized skill set, or you don't need a business coach at this point; maybe you need sales or an inner energy alignment work. Where are your gaps? What are your weaknesses? Where do you want to get better? What are the new things that you want to do and learn the fastest path possible?
Ensure that you've got a good group of business buddies that you can share your ideas with and help promote each other, so you don't feel like you're all alone in the trenches. It's always good to have some coaching support, but it's figuring out what area and is that person in full alignment with where you're at? Are they empowering you to follow your sales guidance versus pointing out your blind spots? It can be so helpful when you have that perfect alignment, and you're able to feel that resonance with someone who allows you to have that space of creating your unique business, and not just like another cookie cutter.
