Lara - She learned from this episode that she can speak her truth and have him hear her. It reminded her the benefit of having a growth mindset.
The “DUH” moment that changed your partnerships foreverLara - She was bemoaning yet another failed relationship when her relationship coach drew her attention to the common denominator in all her relationships. And it woke her up

What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received?Lara - You don’t have to have it all together to find love. When you operate from this believe you are practicing perfectionism and that is postponing love until you’re perfect…and we all know you will never be perfect.
