Zach Bessett joins the podcast to discuss his time as a Chair on the School Board in Springfield, Oregon. Bessett was elected to the school board in May 2017. He has been a resident of Springfield for more than 30 years and is a 2000 Springfield High School graduate and received a degree from NorthWest Christian University. After 20+ years he recently left his job at Willamalane to pursue a career in social work for the State of Oregon.
