Ivy is the founding member of YIMBYES (Yes In My Back Yard Eugene Springfield), a newly forming non-profit that seeks to empower community stakeholders to say YES to housing affordability for ALL. YIMBYES believes that housing is a basic human right and that ALL people should be housed. Community involvement in this process is critical to strengthening and diversifying our cities as a whole. Their main goal right now is to get community members to engage by listening to their podcast, visiting the website at yimbyes.org, and answering their calls to action as they arise.
