This weeks episode is a lil different, I am going to be sharing with you an audio training about how to work with Spirit Fear-Free! As you might already know from hearing about my story, When I was a little girl it was very natural for me to see, hear, feel and experience my connection with Spirit, They were all around and I thought everybody knew about it, Until after a few experiences I realised that what I was experiencing wasn't 'normal', After not being able to understand it on a human level and after watching a few scary movies - I started to block out my gifts.

I wanted to fit in at school and just be 'cool'

Until when I was 18, living in Australia comfortably numb, I LITERALLY had an overnight experience where it was like my soul / spirit team wouldn't let me block it out anymore.

All of a sudden all of my gifts came back full force and there was no going back, I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed, Anxious, Could barely breathe, My empathy was on overload and all I wanted to do was hide in my room and sleep as many hours of the day possible. I really didn't know what to do with myself, Doctors called me a hypochondriac and tried putting me on anti-depressants and gave me asthma inhalers to help me breathe (?!)

It wasn't until I learnt how to work with my intuitive gifts again and began remembering my etherial, cosmic, powerful creator self that I began to release the overwhelm and fear and I was able to integrate myself with the outside world again from a place of LOVING my new insight on life, Seeing everything as a magical manifestation of the multiverse, Being able to utilise my gifts to see things clearly for myself and being able to help others on a deep soul level.
