In order to receive energetic upgrades, downloads or activations, there must be space to receive.
An overactive mind cannot be still enough, open enough to allow awareness to expand.
In this podcast I discuss my process of working with and allowing activations which I work with on a daily basis.
If you are someone who is constantly reading spiritual literature or listening to videos and podcasts or reading spiritual accounts, then you are constantly filling your own mind with other peoples experiences and information. In this case there is no space for your own guidance and flow to come through. Quit giving your power to others, no matter how successful or spiritual they may seem, ultimately they are not you, and they are not on your path. Only you can walk your path, and that begins by listening to you, not others.
