End Of Year Opportunity - a podcast by Gav

I wrote the other day about the full moon and this energy change. I notice this shift quite clearly and the opportunity to work with it until the end of the year.
This is a window to step back further and observe the goings on in the world, but also to observe ourselves and our own reaction to those goings on. Are you reactive to the news or those around you? Can you see your ego jumping in with opinions of what it thinks would be best? Who would you be without these opinions? I am not suggesting to believe what the opposition believes, I'm suggesting to believe nothing, to step back, gain some perspective and witness what is unfolding without your own energy and emotional body being sucked into the turmoil of that belief.
We have the ability to do this in all situations, to step back continually and in this space actually learn more about who we are in that space and silence, rather than fuel the identity attached to that belief.
