Healing Heart Chakra & Breasts - a podcast by Gav

For women, the breasts are integral to your heart chakra. They play a role in sexual energy passing through the entire body, regardless if you are sexually active, and regardless of your age, they play a role in feeding your babies and are divinely placed in the area of the heart chakra. Yet I encounter plenty of women who in some cases are totally disconnected from their breasts emotionally, they may dislike them, often intensely, or they may have had them enlarged, or reduced, or even removed due to cancer.   

There is great work here, great room for expansion of the heart when we can venture into the discomfort, pains and judgements of our body, perhaps the rejection of your breasts. Even if you have had them altered, even if removed, there is great healing potential in this area.  

Consider how you may be working towards a greater deeper love, naturally this involves the heart chakra, now consider your relationship with your breasts. Some women walk around seeking this deeper love, yet hating their breasts, two total opposite signals sent to the heart. Can you be more at peace with them, and your entire body, can you take steps towards accepting who you are, and how you look?
