My Experience With Sungazing - a podcast by Gav

In this short clip I explain my own daily practise of sungazing since arriving here in Mexico.

Obviously do your own research, some will say there can be retina damage. I strongly suggest following your own inner guidance and build up time, seconds or below a minute per day. Also practice when the sun is weak, mornings or evenings before sunset.

Be in tune with yourself also to know when to rest and take days off. Some weeks I’ve just known to take a day or two off to allow my eyes to rest, but also to allow my body and being to integrate the sun frequency.

The sun is the exact distance from the earth to give us heat, not too much to fry us, but not too little so we would freeze to death. Consider the life it gives us, through all our plants and growth, but also how it impacts the body and eyes by generating vitamin D.

Try working with the sun and listen, observe yourself during the process and times outside sungazing.

For myself, sexual energy has been very strong, the awareness that the sun is drawing up my kundalini energy, almost like the frequency of the sun reaches down to my sacral and activates and draws up this energy, pulling it through my core and chakras up to the third eye and out.

Get your own experience, allow it to take it’s own path which may be very different from my own, that’s okay. Listen and follow your own guidance.
