Recently I had a big breakthrough experience where unexpectedly I saw my body move by itself, doing things that I the supposedly conscious human not yet instructed it to do, nor had I figured out how to do.

This podcast is the first of two parts, discussing if we the human are making these decisions or the reality, that the inspiration comes before the brain is aware of it.

In this first video I lay the groundwork covering the noise of the mind and how limited it is.
