Serenity was a client of mine late 2020, she took the 8 Week Shadow Integration Course (link below).

This interview was to allow others to hear Serenity's experience during the course and how she continues to use the work. She did have a difficult journey during the eight weeks but to her credit she really committed to the work so as a result is seeing the benefits.
