In 2025 Hase says the AFL should host a special three game series Grand Final. He wants to see the first game at the MCG, the second game at a 100,000 seat stadium in the US and the third game at Optus Stadium.

He says if the AFL is serious about expansion this is the kind of thing that needs to be done.

It would just be for one year to get as many eyeballs as possible on the game.
