The Super Bowl was exciting indeed.  It was a historic night.  Finally the glass ceiling has been shattered and the position of Quarterback is available to Blacks.  That only happened about 40 years ago; still the opportunity and trust to lead is evasive for Blacks in the NFL.  Particularly head coaching and executive from office positions.  Yes, we can succeed there as well as we are now with the QB position.  It's time to end the discriminatory practices in the NFL, and all sports. visit us on YouTube.
