In America's history and in PA, William Penn made the statement; “If we’ll not be governed by God, we’ll be ruled by tyrants.” William Penn here connected the biblical concept of God as ultimate authority and freedom and a rejection of God by the citizens and rulers as tyranny and bondage. How can these be tied together with God and His Word as our highest law and then our Declaration and Constitution as our highest Civil Authority?
