Recently a pastor from FL was arrested for meeting at their church as normal. The GA Sec. of Health indicated that according to her even drive in churches where people sit in their cars and listen to the church service on their car radios is a violation. Mayor DeBlasio in New York City even ordered all churches and synagogues shuttered beginning on Sunday with threats of fines and permanent closure even though it appears bars are still open, and no reference was made to the 100 mosques located in NYC. Are we witnessing a ‘walking of the line’ or a ‘crossing of the line’ from a Constitutional perspective?
