Additionally, even with the over $70 billion worth of Saudi military upgrades and defenses reportedly spent in 2018 alone and with U.S. surveillance in place. Neither U.S. or Saudi early warning saw the missiles coming. What does these numbers say about the Iranian level of sophistication?
