Under PA law there is in place under"The Child Protective Services Act"a list of requirements to define what is child abuse, to require the mandatory reporting of anyone who enables or encourages child abuse. One of those provisions specifically identifies any effort to limit or suppress airflow to a child. A face mask does that and renowned doctors and patient advocates around the country are identifying the harm being done to young developing brains due to the limiting of oxygen and the forced recycling of CO2.
