In the last Presidential debate, Candidate Joe Biden made two references to a “Dark Winter” coming in America. Investigative Journalist Leo Hohmann wrote in a recent article that Joe Biden was actually more likely speaking in code and referring to where the federal government carried out “Operation Dark Winter” in June 2001, a simulation exercise focused on how to respond to a covert biological attack using a super-strain of smallpox from an unknown source.

In Leo’s article, he cited the known and published plans of the Marxist Left, the same mentalities as involved in the Russian Revolution of 1917. Are these Leftist and revolutionary threats being taking seriously?
