On Monday June 15, 2020 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the 1964 landmark Civil Rights Act protects those who identify themselves sexually as part of the LGBTQ movement from what is referred to as ‘job discrimination’ by adding in the protection that this Act now encompasses bias against LGBTQ workers.

Does this action by the SCOTUS make them guilty once again of violating the Constitution by ‘making law’ and not ensuring “Justice for All” by placing themselves above the law they are sworn to uphold?How might this decision impact churches and religious organizations?
