He has also directed the second units on both Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace. Roger is also the author of the in depth book: Cinema Alchemist : Designing Star Wars And Alien. This is very exciting. We have the creator of the Lightsaber himself. We start off our interview with Roger discussing how he became attached to Star Wars. Roger gives us the history of building Luke and Vader’s lightsabers and the interesting facts behind building Luke’s binoculars.
