We cannot wait to share all of the fun that we had with this week on the podcast with Tony Tanner. Tony is the owner of The Butcher & Grocer, a local butcher shop where you will find the highest quality Ohio meats that are 100% pastured and are antibiotic and growth hormone-free. Tony tells us what motivated him to start the shop and why he has continued on this conscious journey for clean meat products. We could not agree more about the importance of knowing what goes into your food and caring about what you’re putting into your body. We discuss the future plans for a production facility so that they can expand to more local restaurants and businesses. Tony has a great analogy for justifying the cost of their products and makes us really think about what we are willing to spend our money on.
