Tanya Zuckerbrot, MS, RD Founder of F-Factor speaks about the grit and determination it has taken to grow F-Factor from a two client practice to being named one of NYSE top emerging businesses in 2018. Tanya educates Steven and Justin on the benefits of a fiber filled diet, which allows her clients to lose weight while drinking alcohol and avoiding feelings of deprivation. Throughout the chat Tanya focuses on the value of agility and explains that “rejection can be a form of protection;” what at the time seemed like one Tanya’s biggest setbacks later became one of her company’s strengths. Lastly, Tanya looks into the future and not only into taking F-Factor beyond her physical practice and into the digital space but also into shifting into a CPG business centered around healthy, fiber filled snacks.
