Brainstorming Session- What healing emotional wounds mean - a podcast by Walk Sei Now

Still having trouble articulating what I mean by healing emotional wounds. I believe it is putting an uncomfortable memory through a emotional energy chart. Basically moving a memory that gives you negative emotions to neutral to positive emotional energy is what I got so far.
