People were not treated right! I am confused that people are surprised that there is a labor shortage right now. Well I know for the U.S at least. I dont about others places but I am sure there are. People dont want to go back to work after being on quarantine for so long. The reasons for me is so obvious. The jobs that we have put money over people they act like they don't care about the employees at all only about money. Anything a company is short on money the fire everyone with a layoff making people like they dont matter. The jobs are beyond stressful and non human. People are starting to see the importance of life aim/ thier why or purpose very soon.
