Podcast Direction: Sense of control - a podcast by Walk Sei Now

I am in the car. I thought of another element of how I want the podcast to go. I want a something that gives me a sense of control in a positive way. It feels like there are so many decisions that I am focused to make especially because of money stress. It causes anxiety. Sometime to gain control, I lash out in negative ways. I need something to replace that.
