I was in bed working on was where I can help to get start eating healthier. I was focusing on my mental process and thinking patterns. On idea was success was me reminding myself that when you eat healthy you are potentially feeding good bacteria that cares about you. I immediately rejected it at first and tried to tell myself that all bacteria is selfish not to get results but to simply avoid guilt. Me hurting an organism that cares goes against a lot of the core beliefs that I hold. It is not wise to connect the identity to Logic.
