Hello to you listening in Green Valley, Arizona

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

Maybe like me you’re challenged by Monkey Mind: that restless, unsettling, jibbering part of your brain that becomes easily distracted, making you feel like you’re going crazy. You’re not crazy. Monkey Mind is simply an annoying thought process, a habit of useless mental chatter that interferes with productive calm.

Practical Tip: When Monkey Mind shows up pause and breathe. When we pause and take 3 conscious breaths we invite space into our mind.

When we invite space into our mind there is less room for worry, anxiety, fear, uncertainty. We can actually experience calm in the sacredness of the space we create for ourselves. And then we smile.

When Monkey Mind shows up connect with your calming power. Monkeys are gone. You are here restored, renewed, productive.

You’re invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time!
