Hello to you, SB Rawz of Rawz Coaching  listening in Roanoke, Virginia!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday with your host, Diane Wyzga.

Imagine this: you’re a podcaster, storyteller, keynoter, or entrepreneur. You have talent. Honest-to-goodness talent. If ever there was someone in your field who could outshine the rest of the competition, it’s you! But, what if talent isn’t enough? What’s your option?

We all have a collective of allies, friends and supporters who believe in us, who want us to succeed, who will go the distance for us. You might think of it as your very own culture within a society. When we belong to a culture that embodies our beliefs, dreams and values we can ask for a trusted hand up when the time comes. What do we do in the meantime?

Practical Tip: Each One Lift One! Before you ask for a hand up, give one yourself. Look around for those talented unheard voices you want to help. Be a champion for them and their skills. You will help shape attitudes, behaviors, and culture. Then someone will do the same for you. Guaranteed!

You’re invited:Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, including Android, Amazon Music and Audible and join us next time!
