Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday with several questions carefully chosen to help you collect stories in the oral tradition or spark your own writing. Either way, you'll say, "Thanks for the memories."

Maybe you’re old enough to remember the Marx Brothers, and Harpo Marx wearing his great brown trench coat with the over-sized pockets. Invariably a cop or other security figure would shake him down and out of Harpo’s coat would fall silverware, a hot cup of coffee, 300 knives, a candelabra, a black jack, dead fish, a blow torch.

Love is like that. How?

Love sometimes wants to do us a great favor: hold us upside down and shake all the nonsense out." [Hafez]

Story Prompt: When has love done you a great favor? Write that story.

Practical Tip: Share your story with someone or something: your journal, your animal companion, the trees in the woods, a friend.  All that matters is you tell your story.

This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories - stay for the magic.  Speaking of magic, would you share a nice rating/review on Apple Podcasts and when you come back bring your friends and rellies.
