Hello to you listening in Liberty, Kansas!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Thoughts on Thursday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

Here we are mid-way through 2022. While many of us are seeking Be-ing over Do-ing there is still a great deal of pressure to open a new door, more doors, better doors to your life, your business, your heart, your relations... It’s exhausting! Might there be another way? Yes.

Perhaps you’re familiar with Paolo Coelho de Souza, a Brazilian novelist. At the very least I imagine you’ve read his best seller The Alchemist, and the prequel, The Pilgrimage, about the road to Santiago. I walked that very same road to self-discovery. I spent a night in the albergue Coelho sponsors

So, when I read what he had to say about doors I paid attention. "Close some doors today. Not because of pride, incapacity, or arrogance, but simply because they lead you nowhere."

Question: Which doors will you close today? Where will you go next?

You’re invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time!
