Hello to you listening in Boise, Idaho!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

Recently I came across these words about grounding. I recognized the truth in them. Today I’m sharing the words with you for what they might offer to your day.

Perhaps it’s something large you get to do, that you get to baby-step your way into, beginning today…for a decision alone is a powerful shift.

Or perhaps there are simple things you can do…like putting your feet on the earth, or taking a few minutes to just follow the breath that can help you get grounded as well.

Whatever it is, every creature, from the mightiest oak to the minniest mouse, needs a feeling of safety, security, and grounding–we crave it for a reason, for it’s our mighty foundation for growth…

You’re always invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, would you subscribe, share a 5-star rating + nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time!
