Hello to you listening in Nice, the Capital of the French Riviera!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

What do you do when your energy feels depleted? Maybe you’ve been hard at work or hard at something else. Now you feel quite exhausted. I have a tip that will restore, revive and rejuvenate your energy reserves. You will get some much-needed self-care that will give you the energy you need to carry on physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s good for you and all those around you.

Practical Tip: Take a moment to lie on your back or, lie back in your chair. Turn your palms to the sky. Begin slowly breathing deeply into your belly. As you take an in-breath imagine that your are drawing in radiant healing energy that fills your whole body. As you release the in-breath imagine all your tension, fatigue, anxiety leaving your body and going somewhere far far away.

Spend some time here breathing and imagining, consciously opening your heart, and softening your attitude toward your own good self. You will feel restored, revived, rejuvenated. Know you can return to this feeling any time you choose. Guaranteed!
