Who could resist an invitation like this one: Polar Bear Dive 2023 – Benefitting Island County 4-H Teen Leadership Club! Start the New Year off with a splash! Join a fun-loving crowd for a bone chilling dive into 2023. WHY? It’s fun. Seriously! Plus, it benefits the Island County 4-H Teen Leadership Club. A New Year’s tradition since 2004. That’s for me. Sign me up! I’m in! A chance to belong to a community event supporting a very good cause.

And since I’m recording this episode in advance as I do please tune in on Story Prompt Friday January 6th for Part 2: Did I show up? Did I dive in? Did I live to tell about it?

Question: Meanwhile, what would you do to belong?
