Hello to you listening in San Ramon, California!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

I’m getting older. Don’t quite know when or how it happened, but it certainly did. I’m more keenly aware that death is certain although the time of death is uncertain. And I still have no clue about how much time might be left to fulfill the potential of my precious human birth.

Some nights before I fall asleep I wonder where did the day go? What did I do? What do I have to show for these hours? Maybe this happens to you.

Practical tip: When you feel perplexed, anxious or uncertain, pause and ask yourself: What is the best use of this very short day in my life? Take 3 deep breaths to create a still space, slow the worrying, the mind chatter, and sit quietly. Silence will dawn on you with all its magic and sacredness. In that stillness you will have your answer.

You’re invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, follow, share a 5-star rating and nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time! Remember to stop by the website, check out the Services, arrange a Discovery Call, and Opt In to stay current with Diane and Quarter Moon Story Arts and on LinkedIn.
