Today, I sit down with Shrishti Behl Arya, Director, International Originals at Netflix and the exec behind Ghost Stories, Chopsticks, Yeh Ballet, Guilty, Maska and more. We talk about bringing more diversity to storytelling in India, how Netflix puts creators first and what it means to be inclusive while developing stories for the screen.
